Implementation of Learning Management in Increasing the Learning Achievement of MI Ar-Rahmah Students

چکیده
This study aims to determine the implementation of learning management in increasing achievement at MI Ar-Rahmah. uses a qualitative approach. While method used this research is descriptive method. The data collection technique was observation and interview techniques. participatory carried out observe geographical location form plan environmental conditions, vision, mission, strategy for Learning Management Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ar-Rahmah goes through planning, organizing, directing assessing activities. Each these stages with good criteria by teachers. However, based on results analysis, it revealed that findings provided answers problem formulation. In planning activities teacher obliged, superior control, prepare develop his creativity so are effective efficient.
